
Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh): A man and her little daughter living with their family in a garden located in Khak Chowk were bitten by a snake here on early Saturday. They were immediately brought to the hospital where the girl succumbed during treatment. The case is of Ashirwad Garden located in Khak Chowk.
Mangilal Ninama, originally from Badnawar, lives here with his wife and three children. Garden operator Salim Khan said that for a long time he works as a utensil cleaner in weddings held in the garden and works as a labourer when it is not the wedding season.

On Saturday around 5.30 am, Mangilal was watching a video on mobile with his 3-year-old daughter Meenakshi, his wife was cooking food, when Meenakshi’s hand fell on a cloth lying nearby and a snake hiding there bit her palm.
When the daughter screamed, the father went to check the cloth and the snake bit him too. Immediately the garden staff took them to Nirmala Hospital but from there they were asked to take them to the Government Charak Hospital. After this both of them were brought to Charak at 6.15 am where Meenakshi died during treatment. Father Mangilal has been admitted to the ICU as his condition is critical.
