-Kali Chilli Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
-Pani: As per the requirement (to make the solution)
Oil: to fry
-S Tail: 2 tablespoons

-Malus: 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
-Dard: 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
-The chili: 2-3 (finely chopped)
-Tius: 1 (chopped in square pieces, layers separated)
-Simala Chilli: 1 (Cut into square pieces)
-Soya Sauce: 2 tablespoons

-Red Chile Sauce: 1 tbsp (you can adjust as per your choice)
-Tomato ketchup: 1 tbsp
-Anegger (vinegar): 1 teaspoon
-Meme: According to taste (remember, sauce also contains salt)
-Kali Chilli Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
-Cornflor solution (slurry): dissolve 1 tbsp of cornflor in 2 tablespoons of water

Recipe
1“ Add maida, cornflour, salt and pepper powder to a large bowl.
2 Make a thick solution by adding some water to it. Keep in mind that there are no knots in the solution.
3 Now wrap the pieces of cheese well in this solution.
4 Heat oil in a pan. If the oil is hot, then add cheese pieces slowly.
5 Fry them until golden and light crisp. Do not fry the cheese too much, otherwise it can be tight.
6 Take out the fried cheese on the kitchen towel so that excess oil is removed.
7 Remove extra oil from the same pan, leave only 2 teaspoons of oil.
8 Add finely chopped garlic, ginger and green chili in hot oil and fry for a few seconds.
9 aWhen add square chopped onion and capsicum. Fry them on high flame for just 2-3 minutes. There should be light crunch in vegetables.
Lay 10 heat and add soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup and vinegar. Mix everything well.
11Add salt and pepper powder. Keep in mind that the sauce also contains salt, so add salt slightly.
12 Now mix the prepared cornflor solution in the sauce. Keep stirring it continuously so that the knots do not fall.
13 Cook until the sauce thickens. If you want a chili cheese with gravy, you can add a little hot water.
14 When the sauce thickens, add fried cheese pieces.
15 Toss the cheese well with sauce, so that every piece has a good coating of sauce.
16 Cook it for a minute and then turn off the gas.
