Green Garlic Chutney: A Zesty 10-Minute Recipe to Elevate Any Meal

Whether you’re enjoying dal-rice, parathas, or evening snacks, this green garlic chutney adds a punch of flavor and freshness. Packed with health benefits and bold taste, it’s a must-have condiment in every kitchen.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh green garlic (chopped, including tender stalks)
- 2–3 green chilies (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of sugar (optional)
How to Make:
- Wash and chop the green garlic, including the tender green stalks.
- If you prefer milder spice, remove seeds from the green chilies.
- In a blender, combine green garlic, green chilies, coriander, lemon juice, salt, and sugar.
- Blend until you get a smooth, vibrant green paste. Add a little water if needed.
- Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice as desired.
- Store in an airtight jar. Keeps fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
