✅ Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh green garlic (chopped, including tender stalks)
  • 2–3 green chilies (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of sugar (optional)

🥣 How to Make:

  1. Wash and chop the green garlic, including the tender green stalks.
  2. If you prefer milder spice, remove seeds from the green chilies.
  3. In a blender, combine green garlic, green chilies, coriander, lemon juice, salt, and sugar.
  4. Blend until you get a smooth, vibrant green paste. Add a little water if needed.
  5. Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice as desired.
