How will this feature work exactly?
Under the Guest Chat Feature, WhatsApp users can start chat with non-user by sending a special innweight link. Clicking on the link will provide a safe web interface to the front, from which they can chat like WhatsApp Web. In particular, they have to download whatsapp or create an account.

Whatsapp has also put an end-to-end encryption in it, that is, the chat will be completely private. Only those who send and receive will see the message. Therefore, in terms of security, this feature will be reliable and safe.
There will be some limitations in this guest chat feature:
- Photos, videos or gifs cannot be shared
- Voice or video messages cannot be sent
- Calling option is not available
- Without a group chat, it will only be for one-on-one chat
