Palak Corn: Make spinach corn in dinner for guests, taste is such that there will be demand every time

Ingredients:
- Spinach – 2 cups (washed and chopped)
- Sweet corn – 1 cup (boiled)
- Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
- Tomato – 1 medium (finely chopped)
- Green chilli – 1 (chopped)
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
- Cream – 2 tbsp
- Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Oil or Ghee – 2 tbsp
Method of Preparation:
- Wash and boil the spinach, cool it and make a puree.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry till golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and fry till aromatic.
- Add tomatoes, salt, turmeric, chilli, coriander powder and cook the spices.
- When the spices start releasing oil, add spinach puree and cook.
- Add boiled corn and cook on low flame for 5–7 minutes.
- Finally add cream, kasuri methi and garam masala, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add some butter or ghee on top and serve hot.
