Palak Corn: Make spinach corn in dinner for guests, taste is such that there will be demand every time

🥘 Ingredients:
  • Spinach – 2 cups (washed and chopped)
  • Sweet corn – 1 cup (boiled)
  • Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 medium (finely chopped)
  • Green chilli – 1 (chopped)
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
  • Cream – 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Oil or Ghee – 2 tbsp

👩‍🍳 Method of Preparation:

  1. Wash and boil the spinach, cool it and make a puree.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry till golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry till aromatic.
  4. Add tomatoes, salt, turmeric, chilli, coriander powder and cook the spices.
  5. When the spices start releasing oil, add spinach puree and cook.
  6. Add boiled corn and cook on low flame for 5–7 minutes.
  7. Finally add cream, kasuri methi and garam masala, cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Add some butter or ghee on top and serve hot.
