Force Motors, in collaboration with predictive analytics and fleet intelligence firm Intangles, has launched Force iPulse—a connected vehicle platform designed to deliver realtime fleet intelligence and predictive diagnostics for commercial vehicles.

The factoryinstalled iPulse platform will be rolled out across Force Motors’ commercial vehicle portfolio and will also be available as a certified aftermarket solution through its dealership network.

Intelligence Command Centre focus

To support the initiative, the company has established a dedicated Intelligence Command Centre at its headquarters in Pune. Staffed with diagnostics experts and domain specialists, the facility focuses on remote vehicle monitoring, alert management, and guided resolution support. Backed by a 24/7 infrastructure, the centre aims to ensure timely assistance and issue resolution across India’s expanding fleet ecosystem.

Prasan Firodia, managing irector of Force Motors, stated that this launch marks a significant step toward delivering intelligent mobility solutions. The platform enhances transparency, improves efficiency, and ensures safety in operations, providing customers with complete control over their fleet management, Firodia said.

Collaboration with Intangles to boost Force Motors product strength

Anup Patil, CEO of Intangles, noted that partnering with Force Motors allows them to bring highimpact technology to operators who face realworld challenges daily. This collaboration will enhance Force Motors’ product strengths with advanced diagnostics and predictive AI, further improving systemlevel visibility, maintenance planning, and datadriven decisionmaking throughout the vehicle lifecycle. Intangles has previously worked with 15 OEMs and 30,000 fleet operators across 18 countries.

The platform offers intuitive access to both live and historical vehicle intelligence, with insights available on mobile and desktop devices. Fleet managers can gain a comprehensive operational view, covering aspects such as driver behaviour, fuel efficiency, and system health. The system continuously collects and analyses highresolution vehicle data to facilitate early detection of performance issues and proactive identification of potential component failures. It conducts rootcause analysis across key subsystems, including the engine, powertrain, electrical systems, and thermal systems, allowing for timely interventions that prevent escalation and unplanned downtime.
