Students from all over the country want to take admission in Delhi University, and one reason for this is that students get placements worth lakhs here. If we talk about Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), then, like every year, this year too, the placement season of this college of DU was great. More than 520 students here got final offers from top companies of the country and the world. The highest annual package here was Rs 36 lakh, which proves that DU's Shri Ram College of Commerce is not only good in terms of studies but is also great in terms of placement.

SRCC's placement cell said that the total gross package value was Rs 51.5 crore, which is 19 percent more than last year. According to reports, many big companies participated in the placement, including companies like McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Blackstone, Nomura, Deutsche Bank, DE Shaw, FTI Consulting, Accenture Strategy, Kepler Canon, and Meesho.

Over 120 students got internships.

Apart from full-time jobs, over 120 SRCC students have also received internship opportunities, with the highest monthly stipend being up to Rs 2.2 lakh and the total gross stipend value being Rs 57.2 lakh. Like placements, internships have also seen an increase over the last year. The average stipend has seen a 12.5 per cent increase year-on-year.

Over 1,000 students benefit from placements.

Professor Simrit Kaur attributed this success to the college's academic environment and well-organized training efforts. She said, "The placement result of 2024-25 at Shri Ram College of Commerce is a testimony not only to the potential of our students but also to the continuous and strategic efforts of the placement cell." Over 1,000 students benefited from placements this year, further strengthening SRCC's business connections and enhancing the preparation of students for competitive roles.

SRCC is among the top colleges of DU
SRCC is among the top colleges of the University of Delhi in terms of both placement and admission. In the first round of seat allocation for the 2025-26 session, it has been one of the most preferred institutes for students wishing to study commerce under CUET UG.
