Story of Goddess Lakshmi and Raja Bali

Then one day on the full moon day of Sawan month, Goddess Lakshmi tied a thread of yarn on the wrist of Bali and wished him a manner. Happy with this, Bali asked him to ask for his desire. On this, Goddess Lakshmi pointed to the gatekeeper and came out in her true form.

Lord Vishnu also took his real form. Bali fulfilled his promise and asked Lord Vishnu to go to Vaikuntha with Goddess Lakshmi. Since then the festival of Rakshabandhan started being celebrated.

Story of Rani Karnavati and Humayun

It is impossible to talk about Rakshabandhan and Rani Karnavati is not mentioned. Rani Karnavati was married to King Rana Sanga of Mewar. Rana Sanga Veeragati was received from the ruler of Gujarat, Bahadur Shah.

In such a situation, Rani Karnavati sent a rakhi in a letter to the Mughal ruler Humayun to save Mewar from defeat and prayed for assistance, but this Rakhi reached the king of Humayun for a long time.
