Vararalakshmi Vrat 2025: Today i.e. on August 8, Varalakshmi fast festival is being celebrated all over the country. This fast is dedicated to Maa Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth, splendor and prosperity. This fast has great importance in Hinduism.

According to Hindu opinions, this fast is mainly observed by married women for the happiness, prosperity, good fortune and opulence of their family. It is believed that by observing this fast, not only does we get wealth, but happiness and peace remains in the house.

Do these remedies at night on Varalakshmi fast:

• Offer 11 yellow clams

According to astrology, during the worship of Maa Lakshmi on the day of Varalakshmi, offer 11 yellow cauldron at her feet. After this, tie it in a red cloth and keep it in the vault. This makes the sum of money benefits.

• Recitation of Shri Sukta

On the night of Varalakshmi fast, light a lamp of ghee in front of Maa Lakshmi and recite ‘Sri Sukta’. By doing this remedy, the difficulties of money are removed.

• Offer lotus flower

Offer lotus flowers to Maa Lakshmi on the night of Varalakshmi fast. Lotus flower is very dear to Maa Lakshmi. The goddess is pleased by doing this remedy.

• Light a lamp of ghee

Light a lamp of ghee at the main gate of the house at the night of Varalakshmi fast. This leads to the abode of Maa Lakshmi in the house.

• Offer coconut to Maa Lakshmi

During the Varalakshmi fast, worship Lakshmi according to the method. After this, offer coconut to Maa Lakshmi. This makes the sum of money benefits. On this day, along with Lakshmi ji, Lord Vishnu should also be worshiped. After worshiping, also offer them kheer made of jaggery. By doing this, the grace of the goddess remains in the house.
