Yoga tips: The thyroid is a gland that is located in the neck and it controls the metabolism of the body. Nowadays the problem of thyroid is being seen more in women than men. Weight gain, fatigue, stress, throat swelling and hormonal imbalance are its common symptoms. But the good news is that by doing some yogasan regularly, thyroid can be kept under control. Yoga is a natural remedy, which not only activates the thyroid gland, but also reduces mental stress, causing hormone balance. Here are the five easy and effective yogasanas that are considered particularly beneficial for thyroid patients.
Sarvangasana:

Sarvangasana activates the thyroid gland and helps the hormone balance. This asana improves metabolism. If you have a high blood pressure or neck problem, then practice with a doctor’s advice. Lie on your back and lift both legs up and support the waist with hands. The whole body rests on the shoulders.

Matsyasana:

The practice of Matsyasana stretches the throat muscles and stimulates the thyroid gland. Oxygen reaches the right amount from this asana to the head. For the practice of Matsyasana, sit in Padmasana slowly bend back and lie down on the back. Hold the left leg with your right hand and right leg with the left hand. Rest the elbows on the ground and adjacent to the knees to the ground. While breathing, raise the head backwards. In this state, breathe slowly and leave. Then come to the initial stage.

Bhujangasana:

The practice of this asana opens the throat and chest, as well as improves blood circulation. For the practice of this asana, lie down on the stomach and keep the palms near the shoulders. Ustrasana:

Now move both hands back to the heel. Then touch the ankle of the right hand from the left hand ankle. Keeping your legs straight, take the stomach forward. In this state, after some time, come to normal condition.

Bhramari Pranayama:

Bhramari Pranayama reduces stress, which improves hormone imbalance. For its practice, close your eyes and take a deep breath, close both ears with the thumbs and remove a bee -like sound.
