Chandigarh News: The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains in Faridabad, Noonh and Palwal in Haryana. It also rained in Gurugram on Friday night. Light drizzle started in Faridabad at around 5 am, which later turned into strong rains. Rainfall continues in the district at this time, while the weather is expected to be clear on Sunday.
Chance of rain again from Monday
However, the weather will change again from Monday, August 11, due to which rain can be seen in many districts of the state. Yamunanagar has received the highest rainfall in this monsoon season, which is more than 600 mm.
Possibility of rain in other districts
Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Jind, Hisar and Bhiwani are expected to have 0 to 25 percent rainfall. At the same time, Panchkula, Ambala, Yamunanagar, Karnal, Panipat, Sonipat, Rohtak, Charkhi Dadri, Jhajjar, Mahendragarh, Rewari and Gurugram are expected to receive 25 to 50 percent rainfall.
