On the festival of Rakshabandhan, this time you can also make Kalakand instead of Ghevar for your brother. For your information, let us know that to make Kalakand, you will need 250 grams of cheese, 200 grams of khoya, half cup milk, half cup cream, a cup of sugar, one teaspoon of cardamom powder, 2 teaspoons finely chopped nuts and one teaspoon of ghee. Let’s get information about the very easy method of making this sweet dish.
First phase- First of all take out the cheese and mawa in a vessel. You have to rub both these things well.
Second phase- Add milk and cream to this grated mixture. After this, you have to put ghee in a pan and heat it on a low flame.
third step– Add this mixture to hot ghee and then fry on medium flame for a while. When the milk present in this mixture dries up, you have to mix sugar to it.
Fourth phase- After the sugar melts, add cardamom powder and then mix all the things well.
Fifth stage– After turning off the gas, you have to allow this mixture of Kalakand to cool down slightly. Next, apply oil or ghee in a plate.
Sixth phase- You have to spread the light warm mixture of Kalakand in this plate and deposit it well. Now after a while you can cut it into square pieces with a knife.
By adopting this recipe, you can easily make Kalakand. Believe me, your brother will also like it very much. This dessert can be kept in any airtight compartment.
