Rahul Gandhi Vote Theft Allegation: During the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections of Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi (Lok Sabha Election 2024), the allegations of vote theft and serious allegations against the Election Commission have been supported by NCP (Sharad Pawar) chief Sharad Pawar. Maratha Kshatrap Sharad Pawar said that when Rahul Gandhi is accusing the Election Commission, why are the people of BJP coming to reply. The Election Commission should answer all the allegations.
Pawar's claim- Rahul Gandhi did research in great detail
Talking to reporters in Nagpur, Pawar said: I was present in Rahul Gandhi's press conference in Delhi. He studied the matter deeply and many facts came out. Despite living 1 person in a house, facts like getting 40 votes came out. Now it seems that the Commission is investigating these allegations.
Offer to get 160 seats in Maharashtra elections
Pawar claimed shocking claim that two people came to him before the 2024 Maharashtra Assembly Election 2024 and guaranteed to win 160 out of 288 seats but he and Rahul Gandhi rejected the offer. He said that we do not want to join such things. Pawar made it clear that the opposition would sought an answer from the Election Commission. He said that if our information is wrong, then the country should be told and if it is right then the truth should be revealed. For this, all the companions of Parliament will march till the Election Commission.
Question on Election Commission and BJP
Pawar said that it is not right for the Election Commission to ask for an affidavit from Rahul Gandhi as an MP has already taken an oath to become a Member of Parliament. He questioned that if Rahul Gandhi has asked the Election Commission, then what is the need to answer the BJP or his Chief Minister?
BJP and Fadnavis hit back
Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis retorted that Pawar was still silent and suddenly started speaking after meeting Rahul Gandhi. He alleged that Rahul Gandhi makes scripts like Salim-Javed and tell new stories every day.
