Manchester United Welcomes New Signing

On August 9, Manchester United confirmed the acquisition of highly sought-after striker Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig, with the transfer fee reported to be as high as 79 million Euros.

The Slovenian forward has committed to a contract that extends until June 2030 and is expected to be introduced to fans at Old Trafford during the pre-season match against Fiorentina this Saturday.

In the last two seasons, Sesko has emerged as the leading scorer among players under 23 in Europe's top five leagues, netting 21 goals and providing six assists for RB Leipzig in the previous season.

Since making his debut in 2021 as Slovenia's youngest player, he has earned 41 caps and scored 16 goals for his national team.
