Material (Paneer Popcorn Recipe)

  • Paneer – 200 grams (chopped in cubes)
  • Cornflore – 4 tablespoons
  • Flour (All Purpose Floor) – 2 TableSpoon
  • Bread Curbs – 1 Cup
  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
  • Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
  • Oregon/Mix Herbs – ½ tsp
  • Water – as per requirement
  • Oil – to fry

Method (Paneer Popcorn Recipe)

1- Take cheese cubes in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, salt and a little water and mix well. Cover it for 10-15 minutes.

2- Take cornflour and maida in a bowl. Make a thick batter by adding some water to it so that it sticks well on the cheese.

3- Dip the marinated cheese in the batter and then wrap it in bread crumbs. If you want, coat twice so that become more crispy.

4- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cheese popcorn on medium flame until golden and crisp. If you want, you can bake them in the air fryer or in the oven.

5- Serve them with hot green chutney, tomato ketchup or mayonnaise. Sprinkle a little chaat masala on the top – the taste will be further enhanced.
