Dry fruits poha: Along with this dish elders, children will also be liked a lot. If you want, you can also keep children in lunch box. Those who eat it will repeatedly ask to make it. Dry fruits and other spices are used to prepare it. Everyone wants such a dish in breakfast which is healthy as well as healthy. It is perfectly fit on both these parameters.
Ingredients

Poha – 1 cup

Moong Sprouts – 3 Table Spoon

Almonds-8-10

Makhane – 2 Table Spoon

Raisins – 1 table spoon

Peas boiled – 2 tablespoons

Onion small – 1

Cumin – 1 tsp

Garam masala -1 t spoon

Turmeric – 1/2 tsp

Asafoetida – 1 pinch

Sugar – 1 tsp

Ghee – 1 table spoon

Salt – as per taste

Recipe

– First of all, clean them with poha. After this, wash the pohe at least 2 times with water and keep them in a sieve for some time so that the poha can soften.

After this, finely chop the onion and keep it aside in a bowl. Now put ghee in a pan and heat it on medium heat.

– When the ghee is hot and melted, first put the makhana and almonds in turn and fry it till it turns golden. After this, keep them separate in bowls.

Now put a little ghee in the pan and heat it. After the ghee is hot, add cumin and asafoetida and fry it. When cumin seeds start crackling, add boiled peas, turmeric.

After this, add moong sprouts to the spices and fry for 2 minutes. Now add soaked pohe and mix it well with spices.

After this, add sugar on top and mix. After cooking for about 2 minutes, add fryed dry fruits and raisins to it.
