NALCO Recruitment 2025: National Aluminum Company (NALCO) is soon going to end the application process for recruitment to 32 posts, including Deputy Manager and Senior Manager. Any graduate, B.Sc, B.Tech / BE, LLB, Diploma, any postgraduate, CA, M.Sc, ME / M.Tech, MBA / PGDM, MCA, PG Diploma holder candidates can apply online. Essential Educational Qualifications and Age Limit

Any graduation degree is mandatory for the candidates. Apart from this, B.Sc, B.Tech / BE, LLB, Diploma, postgraduate degree in any field, such as CA, M.Sc, ME / M.Tech, MBA / PGDM, MCA, or PG Diploma is also valid.

The age limit varies for different posts. The maximum age for the post of Deputy General Manager is 48 years, for Senior Manager 41 years, and for Deputy Manager 35 years.

You will get a great salary.
The pay scale for Deputy General Manager (E06) is Rs 1,20,000 to Rs 2,80,000. The pay scale of Senior Manager (E04) is between Rs 90,000 and Rs 2,40,000. At the same time, the pay scale for Deputy Manager (E02) has been fixed at Rs 70,000 to Rs 2,00,000. This pay scale has been fixed according to the level and responsibilities of the posts.
