- Capsicum – ¼ cup, thinly sliced
- Fresh coriander – 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Butter – 1 tablespoon (optional)
Preparation Method
- Lightly toast the bread slices if you prefer a crispy texture. For a soft sandwich, skip toasting.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with salt, black pepper, and chopped coriander.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each bread slice.
