Ingredients

Makhana - 1 cup

Milk - half a liter

Dates - 1 cup ground

Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon

Ghee - 1 teaspoon

Mixed dry fruits - 1 tablespoon

Recipe

- First of all, turn on the gas and place a pan on it. When the pan gets hot, add 2 teaspoons of ghee and add 1 cup of makhana.

- Roast the makhanas on a low flame till they become crispy and golden brown. Put the roasted makhana in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely.

- Now place a deep pan on the gas and pour half a liter of milk into it and let it boil for some time on medium flame.

- When the milk boils well, add coarsely ground makhana and one cup of ground dates and cook them for 15 minutes.

- When the mixture starts thickening, add cardamom powder and dry fruits roasted in ghee.

- Now cook it on low flame for 5 minutes and keep stirring continuously.

- Your delicious Makhana Rabri is ready. Serve it hot in a plate.
