Ingredients

Ragi flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Sour curd – 1/4 cup
Onion finely chopped – 1
Chopped green chilli – 1
Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Oil – as per requirement
Salt – as per taste

Ingredients for tempering

Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves – 5-6
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp

Method – First of all, take a deep-bottomed mixing bowl and mix ragi flour and rice flour in it.

- After this, add chopped green chilli and one cup of curd to the flour and mix properly. After this, add about one and a quarter cups of water, little by little to the mixture and prepare the batter.

- Keep in mind that the batter should be very thin; in such a case, water can be reduced or increased as per requirement.

- When the batter becomes thin, add finely chopped onion and green coriander leaves and mix. Now heat one spoonful of oil in a small pan.

- After the oil is heated, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and fry for a few seconds. When the mustard seeds start crackling, add curry leaves and turn off the gas.

- Now pour the prepared tempering over the batter and mix it well. Now, take a non-stick pan and heat it on a medium flame.

- When the pan is hot, pour one spoonful of oil into it and spread it all around. After this, take the batter for dosa in a bowl and put it in the middle of the pan and spread it in a round shape.

- After frying for some time, pour oil on the edges of the dosa. After this, flip the dosa and fry it on the other side. Cook the dosa until it becomes crispy and golden on both sides.

- After this, take out the dosa in a plate. In this way, prepare all the ragi dosas one by one. Now serve hot Ragi Dosa with coconut chutney or sambar.
