1. Grade A: The basic salary will be Rs. 44500, with a pay scale of 44500 - 2500(4) - 54500 - 2850(7) - 74450 - EB - 2850(4) - 85850 - 3300(1) - 89150 (17 years). The net salary is around Rs. 1,00,000/- per month, which includes dearness allowances, house rent allowances, and other incentives.

2. Grade B: The basic salary is Rs. 55200, with a pay scale of 55200 - 2850 (9), 80850 - EB, 2850 (2), 86550, 3300 (4), and 99750 (16 years). The net SIDBI Grade B wage is around Rs. 1,15,000/- per month, which includes dearness allowances, house rent allowances, and other incentives.
