Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju lashed out at the Election Commission from Parliament House complex to the Election Commission against the special intensive revision (SIR) of the opposition MPs and the alleged ‘vote theft’ in Bihar. Taking the name of Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, he said that the country cannot suffer so much loss due to a man’s senselessness and a family.

Addressing the media, Kiren Rijiju said, “The Congress party and the opposition have wasted a lot of time. Now we will not allow the country and the Parliament to be wasted. The government wants to pass an important bill. Today we will pass an important bill in both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. The country cannot suffer so much loss due to a man’s mindless and a family.”

According to Rijiju, “Many opposition MPs also came and said that they are helpless. Their leaders ask them to create a ruckus. Here they have come to the Parliament, to talk about the public. Every day, we will not let the country and Parliament be wasted on one issue, so we will pass an important bill.”

Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said, “Even today, he (the opposition) sought time to go to the Election Commission and the Election Commission asked the Indie alliance to send two members from each party. 30 members were called, but they did not go.

In the Indie alliance, they could not decide those 30 people. Now, Kharge is saying that all opposition members are VIPs, so will 150 people enter the election commissioner’s room? “

Taking a dig at the opposition, he said that the Indy alliance does not trust the Supreme Court, he does not trust the Election Commission, he does not trust Parliament. They attack all the constitutional institutions of our country.

Why do plays repeatedly to harm India’s image? The public has sent us for the service of the country, not to play here. We make our last appeal to the opposition. We will pass the bill. You should participate in the discussion. The opposition people do not lie later that we did not let us speak.

Explain that the opposition MPs took out a march from Parliament to the Election Commission office against the special intensive revision (SIR) of the voter list in Bihar and the alleged ‘vote theft’. During this time, the Delhi Police tried to stop them, then the opposition MPs created a ruckus.

After this, the police detained several opposition leaders including Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut.
