Exams are not being done on time; Even if it is happening on time, their results are not being declared. Issues to examinations are under consideration in the court.

I have a question to the BJP in this regard, whether you were able to fulfill the promise you had made in your manifesto in the last assembly elections? If you have not been able to fulfill that promise till now, then in such a situation you have no moral right to bring such a vision document.
