
Ingredients
Milk – 1 liter
Sugar – 4 teaspoons
Mawa – 100 grams
Almonds, Cashew, Pistachio, Raisins – 1 bowl
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Saffron – 2 teaspoons
Chironji – 2 tablespoons
Recipe
First of all, take milk in a vessel and boil it. After a boil, make the gas light and cook it on low flame.
After some time, add mawa and keep stirring continuously. After this, add chironji, almonds, cashews, pistachios and raisins to the milk and keep stirring continuously.
– If you do not run it, then it may be put down in the pot. When the milk becomes thick, add sugar to it.
After adding sugar, cook it for 4-5 minutes. After adding sugar, add cardamom powder and saffron threads.
After this, cook it for 20 minutes without covered. Just your mawa kheer is ready.
– Remove it in a bowl and cool it. If you want, you can add more nuts to decorate it.
