Required material

Red tomatoes – 6 (medium size)
Rye – a spoon
Garlic buds – 8 to 10 (crushed)
Onion – 2 finely chopped
Green Chilli – 3 (Finely chopped)
Green coriander – for taste and decoration
Coriander powder – one teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder – one spoon
Mustard oil – 3 – 4 tablespoons
Salt – as per taste
Asafoetida – a quarter pinch
Red chili powder – a quarter teaspoon
Garam Masala – A quarter teaspoon
Lemon juice or mango powder – a spoon or taste
Coal piece – 1 small (to bring smokey flavor)
Method

Wash ripe tomatoes and apply a slight cut in them. By doing this, they are ready and ready.
After this, keep the lattice of bread on the gas burner and place the tomatoes well on it.
If you want, brush a little oil on tomatoes. In this way, it becomes easy to remove their peels. After a short time, keep reversing them.
Keep roasting it until their skin is black and pulp softened. Along with this, fry onion and green chillies on light flame so that smokey flavors can come in it.
After cooling the roasted tomatoes, remove their peel and mash it well. Finely chop roasted onion and chili.

Now heat mustard oil in a heavy tail pan. When the smoke starts coming out of the oil, then put rye, asafetida and garlic buds in it.
When the garlic becomes light golden, add roasted onion to it and make it light brown.
After this add green chili and mashed tomatoes.
Finally add red chili powder, salt as per taste, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder and garam masala and mix well.
Cook all the ingredients on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
Now take a small burning coal to bring a smokey flavor to the filling, put it in a bowl and add some ghee and keep it in the middle of the bowl. Now immediately apply a lid and remove it after 2 minutes. According to your choice, add lemon juice or mango powder. Now add green coriander and serve it hot.
