You need for this recipe –
Wet soya chunks
Boiled potatoes
Onion, ginger, green chillies and spices
Breadcrumbs and Cornflour(for binding)
Method: Grind soya and mix with boiled potatoes and spices. Give the shape of a round tikki, wrap it in breadcrumbs and pour light oil in the pan and roast it. If you want, you can also make it in the air fryer.
