With Love, Meghan, the Netflix series by Meghan Markle, has split viewers down the middle, with some relishing its escapism while others criticise its "out of touch" themes.

The teaser and release date for the second series have been announced following news that the pair have inked a new "multi-year, first look deal" with Netflix to develop "film and television projects."

When will With Love, Meghan season 2 be released?

The Duchess of Sussex, aged 44, revealed the release date on Instagram, telling fans: "The best moments are made to be shared...With Love, Meghan returns August 26th on @netflix."

This means that fans won't have to wait much longer, as the new series is just around the corner.

The second series comprises eight episodes, which will all be released on Netflix simultaneously - at midnight for viewers in the US and 8am for those tuning in from the UK.

Who features in With Love, Meghan series two?

The celebrity lineup for the second series features model Chrissy Teigen, fashion guru Tan France, and acclaimed chefs including Jose Andres, David Chang, Samin Nosrat, Clare Smyth and Christina Tosi.

Content creator Radhi Devlukia also appears on the roster alongside Meghan's Pilates trainer Heather Dorak, cosmetics expert Daniel Martin and writer Jay Shetty.

Has a trailer been released for With Love, Meghan series two?

The official preview launched on August 12 and features the track Rockin' Robin as its soundtrack.

Meghan can be heard declaring: "I love the idea of spending time together and finding new ways to show people you care."

She appears crafting presents using dried flowers, creating pottery and venturing "out of her comfort zone" to prepare fresh recipes for her companions.

Floral arrangements, cookie preparation and various other pursuits appear in the preview, with Meghan revealing: "I love these moments of discovery and beauty, so let's be curious together."

The preview attracted over 100,000 views within 24 hours of its release.

Whilst certain audiences described it as "nauseating", others praised the programme as "amazing" and "thoroughly enjoyable".
