It would be very good to eat it with jowar roti, bajra roti, or paratha. It is also very easy to make. Ingredients
2 cups dry Kachri
6 red whole chillies
6 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon cumin powder
Salt according to taste
2 teaspoons of mint powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder
2 teaspoons of oil
Method
- First of all, cut the dry Kachri into small pieces. After this, peel the garlic cloves as well.
- After this, put the Kachri pieces, whole red chillies, and garlic cloves in a mixer jar.
- Now grind it finely. After this, add cumin and mint powder to it and mix it well and grind it.
- Now take it out in a vessel. Add oil, salt and dry mango powder to it and mix it well.
- Kachri chutney is ready. It can be eaten by mixing it in curd or by tempering it in oil.
