
New Delhi. A Garib farmer from Jharkhand has got a chance to meet the President on Independence Day. Along with meeting, he will also perform a banquet with the President. Ramdas Bedia, a farmer from Anagada, has received this invitation. On the other hand, Padma Shri Jamuna Tudu of Pt Singhbhum of Jharkhand has also been called for a banquet at Rashtrapati Bhavan. She has been struggling for a long time against the harvesting of Tudu trees and people call her Lady Tarzan.

Ramdas left the capital from Ranchi station on Wednesday. Ramdas Bedia of Bisa village of Anagada belongs to the tribal community. Farming for livelihood and then wages. 44 -year -old Ramdas, a father of three children, says we did not imagine it. Never thought that he would go to Rashtrapati Bhavan and attend the banquet. It is a matter of pride for me. Postal Inspector Sikander Pradhan and Sameer Kumar Sahu came to give the letter. Postmaster Baijnath Mahato handed over the invitation letter. Was invited to fearfully opened the letter. A modest man like me was invited to the banquet.
Ramdas got invitation for work
Ramdas has received this invitation for his work. He was allotted housing under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural) and he received an amount of one lakh twenty thousand. Ramdas completed the construction of his house within just four months before the scheduled time. This invitation was received in lieu of completion of work ahead of time. Although it takes one year in this scheme, Ramdas completed in four months and gave a advice to others.
