Television actor Sharad Malhotra, who made his acting debut in 2004 with the show Princess Dollie Aur Uska Magic Bag, is rumoured to be participating in the reality show Bigg Boss 19, hosted by actor Salman Khan, which will premiere on 24th August, with speculative contestant lists already surfacing online. The actor, whose name frequently pops up in discussions before every new season of Bigg Boss, has now broken his silence on the matter.

In an interview with Times Now, Sharad said that he has always shared how much he enjoys watching Bigg Boss, but if he ever decides to enter the show, he would inform his fans first. "As of now main thoda busy hoon apne characters ko leke, mere kuch shoots chal rahe hai. Baatein har saal hoti hai Bigg Boss ko leke, kabhi mujhe laga ki mujhe uss ghar ka hissa banna chahiye toh main sabse pehle aap hi logon ko bataunga," he added.
Bigg Boss 19 Tentative Contestants List
According to reports, Gaurav Khanna, Shailesh Lodha, Dheeraj Doopar, Gurucharan Singh, Munmun Dutta, Dhanashree Verma, Lataa Saberwal, Faisal Shaikh aka Mr. Faisu, Jannat Zubair, Purav Jha, Apoorva Mukhija, and others have been approached for Bigg Boss 19. However, there is no official confirmation regarding their participation.
This season is expected to be the longest yet, spanning five months, though there has been no official confirmation so far. The Bigg Boss 19 house will be designed with a Parliament-style backdrop, and the theme for the season is titled Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar.
For the first time, Bigg Boss will debut on OTT platform JioCinema before airing on Colors TV.
