MP CM Mohan Yadav, Kailash Vijayvargiya Lead Tiranga Yatra from Indore's Rajwada To Gandhi Hall

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A vibrant Tiranga Yatra, led by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and senior BJP leaders including Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya, was taken out from Indore's historic Rajwada to Gandhi Hall on Wednesday.

The event was dedicated to honouring the Indian Army after the success of Operation Mahadev. Large crowds were seen participating despite light rain.

The yatra began at 5:30 pm and the procession echoed with slogans like 'Jay Shri Ram', 'Vande Mataram' and 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai' along with DJ music and live performances by artists.

Leaders and Communities Join in Force

Leaders such as Tulsiram Silawat, Sumit Mishra, Shankar Lalwani, Pushyamitra Bhargav, Ramesh Mendola, Malini Gaur and others joined, carrying the tricolour.

Members of Sikh, Muslim, Bohra, Jain, Rathore and Brahmin communities participated in traditional attire.

BJP Mahila Morcha women wore saffron sarees and NCC cadets, scouts, and brass bands were also present at the event.

Over 100 Stages Along the Route

BJP’s set up over 100 small and big stages to welcome the Yatra, with responsibilities divided among assembly constituencies.

The yatra’s route began at Rajwada where CM Yadav garlanded the statue of Maa Ahilya and continued through Porwal Dresses, Sri Krishna Talkies, Jail Road, Kothari Market, Press Club, concluding at Gandhi Hall.

Traffic Jam and Ambulance Blockage

A traffic jam occurred at Regal Square ahead of the Yatra, where 3-4 ambulances were stuck which caused distress to patients and their families. Every time when CM arrives in Indore, heavy traffic jams often occur, resulting in distress among the commuters.
