They are ICC Elite Umpire Kumar Dharmasena.

He then received the 15th position in the ICC Test rankings. This was a great comeback for Siraj, as he left an important catch of Harry Brook on the fourth day, but he proved himself to be a hero of Team India’s fast bowling by performing brilliantly under pressure.
