
Rice – 1 cup
Onion – 1 small bowl
Green Chilli – 2
Water – 2 cups
Coriander leaf – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
– First of all, clean the rice with water. Soak it in water for overnight.
Now remove the water in the morning and grind it well by adding rice to the grinder.
– Remove this paste in a bowl. Now add 2 cups of lukewarm water and mix well.
Now finely chop onion, green chillies, coriander leaves. Put them in the flour solution and mix.
– You can finely cut some more vegetables like tomatoes, carrots, capsicum etc. as per your choice.
Now add salt to it. Do not make the solution too thin. Place the pan on the gas and add oil to it.
– When it gets well well, add rice floor solution and spread it.
– Fold it by turning it on both sides. Cover for a minute and cook on medium flame. Rice flour chila is ready.
