Method of making Kothimbir Vadi:
First of all wash green coriander thoroughly and cut it finely.
Now add chopped green coriander, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, white sesame and salt in a large pot.
Mix all these ingredients well. Mix a little water in the mixture and knead hard dough. Keep in mind that do not add too much water, because coriander also releases its water.
Now divide the dough into 2-3 equal parts and roll them into the shape of a cylinder. Heat water in a steamer or idli maker.
Steam for 15-20 minutes by placing these rolls on a fake plate. When the rolls become cold, cut them into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry these pieces on medium flame until golden and crisp. Your hot and delicious Kothimbir Wadi is ready! Serve it with green chutney or sauce.
