
Chile Garlic Noodles Recipe

Material:
step 1: 200 grams noodles
Step 2: 2 tablespoons oil
Step 3: 1 tbsp chopped garlic
Step 4: 1 teaspoon chopped green chili
Step 5: 1/4 cup onion, thin chopped
Step 6: 1/4 cup of capsicum
Step 7: 1/4 cup carrot
Step 8: 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Step 9: 1 tbsp chili sauce
Step 10: 1 teaspoon vinegar
Step 11: 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Step 12: Taste salt
Step 13: 1 teaspoon pepper powder
Method:
1. First boil water in a vessel and add noodles to it.
2. Boil the noodles for 3-4 minutes, so that they do not become soft.
3. When the noodles are softened, filter them and wash them with cold water and add some oil to them so that they do not stick.
4. Now heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and green chili and fry it lightly.
5. Add onion and fry until light golden.
6. Then add capsicum and carrot and fry it on high flame for 2 minutes.
7. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to vegetables and mix well.
8. Now add boiled noodles to it and mix on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
9. After this, remove the noodles from the gas and remove it in a bowl.
10. Serve hot chile garlic noodles.
