Ola always manages to pull up a surprise at events, and at its annual gathering, the Sankalp, Ola launched its sportiest scooter offering to date, the S1 Pro Sport. Priced at Rs 1.50 lakh, exshowroom, customers can prebook the S1 Pro Sport for Rs 999, and deliveries for the new Ola scooter will commence in January 2026.

However, if one is thinking about what makes the S1 Pro Sport special compared to the S1 Pro, here are three key differences that set the scooter apart from the Ola S1 Pro.

Ola S1 Pro Sport: Design

Unlike all the other Ola S1 range of scooters that look more or less similar apart from body panel colours that hint at their differences, the Ola S1 Pro Sport has taken a slightly different approach. The new Ola S1 Pro Sport gets redesigned body panels and a carbon fibre front fender.

Moreover, the pillion grab rail sees an updated design, the seat is scooped to go with the overall design flow, and the front apron gets a more aggressive design. The scooter also gets a small flyscreen, adding to the overall design to make it stand out compared to the Ola S1 Pro.

Ola S1 Pro Sport: Hardware and features

This is another area that sees big changes. The Ola S1 Pro Sport rides on 14inch wheels at both ends, which should add to better stability and handling. Ola says that the front telescopic forks have been tweaked to accommodate larger wheels, and the rear gets gascharged shocks.

On the features front, the S1 Pro Sport gets a TFT instrument cluster, but the bigger news here is the debut of the MoveOS 6 software, which will include ADAS features. This brings in features such as adaptive cruise control, front collision alert, blind spot alerts, and more. The scooter will also feature cameras for the front and rear.

Ola S1 Pro Sport: Battery pack and performance

The battery pack and motor also see major updates. The new Ola S1 Pro Sport features a smaller 5.2 kWh battery pack as compared to the S1 Pro+’s 5.3 kWh unit. However, the range has increased, and Ola claims an IDC range of 320km. The battery pack can be charged from 20–80 per cent in 15 minutes, most likely with a fast charger.

The scooter also features a ferrite motor that is free of rare earth elements, and it can generate 71Nm of peak torque. Ola says that this is good enough to help the scooter achieve a top speed of 152kmph – 11kmph more than the Ola S1 Pro+ – and accelerate from 0–40kmph in two seconds.
