Former MLA Guddu Pandit filed a rape case, woman’s charge also threatened to kill him

Lucknow. Bhagwan Sharma alias Guddu Pandit, a two -time MLA from Bulandshahr, has come into the discussion again. This time, he has accused him of raping one. A case has been filed on the woman’s Tahrir at a police station in Bengaluru. The former MLA is accused of taking the woman with him to move to Bangalore, where a Five Star misbehaved with her in a hotel.
According to Tahrir to the police, on August 14, at the behest of the former MLA, the woman went to Bengaluru with her minor son. The first former MLA turned him the entire city there. On 16 August, the MLA went to Chitradurga with the victim. While returning from there the next day, he booked a room for him at a five -star hotel near Campe Gowda International Airport. In the hotel room, he forced him to have sex with her allegedly against her wish and threatened to kill her for protesting. A case was registered on August 17, on the basis of the complaint, a case was registered under Section 69 (having sexual intercourse) of the Indian Justice Code on the basis of the complaint. The police is investigating the matter

Who is former MLA Bhagwan Sharma

Bhagwan Sharma alias Guddu Pandit was born on 10 July 1974 in Gautam Budh. Guddu Pandit first landed from Dibai seat of Bulandshahr in the 2007 assembly elections. Guddu Pandit, who landed as BSP candidate, defeated BJP’s Rajveer Singh by 15,704 votes. In the 2012 assembly elections, Guddu Pandit joined the Samajwadi Party and once again contested. This time, Janakranti Party, Rajveer Singh of the nationalist defeated by 3597 votes. After this, he also had to be out of SP. In the 2017 elections, the SP fielded Harish Kumar from here. In 2022, the former MLA joined the Shiv Sena.
