According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the maximum temperature is expected to reach 34 degrees Celsius. At 8:30 AM, the humidity level was noted at 97 percent.
The Air Quality Index (AQI) in Delhi this morning stood at 77, categorizing it as 'satisfactory'.
Understanding Air Quality Index Ratings
As per the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the AQI ratings are categorized as follows: 0 to 50 is considered 'good', 51 to 100 is 'satisfactory', 101 to 200 is 'moderate', 201 to 300 is 'poor', 301 to 400 is 'very poor', and 401 to 500 is classified as 'severe'.
