This paratha is more soft and nutritious than the normal paratha, and it is also very easy to make. So let’s know how to make this special cream paratha. Before the legislation of making malai paratha, take a big bowl and add wheat flour to it. Now add salt to the flour as per taste. Next, start mixing fresh cream (milk cream) slowly in the dough. Keep the quantity of cream so much that the dough becomes in it and becomes soft. If the dough falls short of licking, you can also use some water as per the requirement. Knead the dough thoroughly and prepare a soft and smooth dough. Cover the dough for about fifteen to twenty minutes, so that the dough is set well and the paratha becomes soft. When the dough is set, make small dough (balls) of the dough. Now take a dough and roll it down with light hands, like you roll the normal paratha. While rolling, you can use dried flour slightly, so that it does not stick. After this, heat a griddle. When the griddle is well heated, put the rolled paratha on the pan. Bake the paratha till it turns golden from both sides. You can apply a little ghee or oil while sending, so that the paratha becomes crisp and delicious. When the paratha is golden and cooked well from both sides, remove it from the pan. Serve the ghramgaram malai paratha with your choice, pickle or curd. You can also enjoy it with tea.
