Hero MotoCorp gained 2.7% to 5116.8, and Bajaj Auto was up 2.1% at 8771. Adani Enterprises increased 2.0% to 2380.7, Eternal rose 1.9% to 321.0, Tech Mahindra gained 1.9% to 1499.6, Tata Consumer Products went up 1.9% to 1091.4, and Nestle India advanced 1.8% to 1165.1.
Top Nifty Losers
Dr. Reddy’s fell 1.4% to 1245.0, while Cipla declined 1.2% to 1547.2. Hindalco Industries slipped 1.0% to 706.8, and Bajaj Finserv dropped 1.0% to 1973.9. Mahindra & Mahindra fell 0.8% to 3357.0, Power Grid Corporation lost 0.7% at 288.2, and HDFC Bank declined 0.7% to 1990.
