Asia cup 2025: Recently, the trophy of Hockey Mains Asia Cup 2025 was unveiled by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in Rajgir. Pakistan’s team has withdrawn their names from this tournament. Due to which, now there has been a big change in the matches of the tournament. Now the new schedule of Asia Cup 2025 has also been released. A total of 8 teams are going to participate in this tournament to be held in Rajgir, Bihar. The tournament will be played between August 29 to September 7.
Changes in the schedule of Asia Cup 2025
Bangladesh’s hockey team replaced him after Pakistan was out of the tournament. In the tournament, 8 teams have been divided into 2 groups. Which includes teams from India, Japan, China and Kazakhstan in Pool A. Pool B consists of teams from Malaysia, Korea, Bangladesh and Chinese Taipei. In this tournament, the Indian hockey team will play their first match against China on August 29. A total of 4 matches are to be played on August 29. After the group stage matches, 4 teams will go to Super 4. Where the final match will be played between the top 2 teams of the points table.
