A man has been charged with murdering a boy, five, whose body was found dumped in a bin.
Elyjiah Hearn was discovered beaten to death in Panorama City, Los Angeles around 7am on July 12. Now, disturbing CCTV footage has been released showing a man appearing to carry the small body of a child wrapped up in a blanket on the night the little boy died.
The man, walking with a woman, carries it along Titus Street until he is out of view. A similar looking blanket was wrapped around Elyjiah's body. Yousef Rabadi, the co-owner of E&J Market and Liquor, which backs up to the aforementioned street, told ABC7: "You can see a head and small feet dangling."

He added: "Some of my customers, they are the neighbours of the child, and they know that that baby was neglected and abused.
"So it had been going on for a long time, you know? And nobody... people saw something and didn't say anything. So that's why I took the liberty of, like, posting that video."
Brycson Malik Gaddis - the ex-boyfriend of the victim's mum, Kemia Hearn - was arrested on July 16 and charged with murdering the boy, who had autism. A search warrant affidavit for Gaddis' home read: "The victim was wrapped in a multi-colored blanket, in which he was later found deceased. Bryscon was accompanied by Kemia Hearn."

While cops said blood was found in the bathroom sink, drain, backsplash and inside a tote bag on a bed. Hearn, 24, was questioned by authorities but released without charge.
On Monday, Gaddis pleaded not guilty in the Los Angeles Superior Court in Van Nuys and is currently in jail on a $2m bond. He has a number of previous charges to his name, including carjacking, assault, and domestic violence in just the past year.
The carjacking and assault charges were dropped in December. But in February of this year, he was charged with domestic violence and false imprisonment for allegedly attacking his then-girlfriend (different to Hearn) and locking her in their home on two separate occasions.

Then in April he missed a court date and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. However, he wasn't found before Elyjiah was killed.
Hearn's family claimed Gaddis also abused her and that the cops were called several times for domestic abuse incidents. Elyjiah's grandfather, Troy Hearn, told the LA Times last month: "It's very heartbreaking for him to do that to my five-year-old grandson.
"I'm overwhelmed and so angry that I can't even explain it. This guy is a bad guy and it's lucky that the police has him." An autopsy found the youngster had suffered horribly from the beating that ended his life, including a fractured jaw and ribs as well as a lacerated liver.
