Located at the end of Mizuki Park’s main axis, Trellia Cove is designed with one side overlooking the central canal and the other bordering the natural Ba Lao creek.

As Mizuki Park’s final compound subdivision, Trellia Cove emphasizes privacy and security while offering a comprehensive set of amenities. These include a 3,500-square-meter riverside park, golf practice area, outdoor gym, yoga and fitness zones, swimming pool, children’s playground, BBQ garden, family picnic space, and a clubhouse with multifunctional sports courts and an event hall.

Newtecons has been appointed as the main contractor, responsible for foundation, structure, finishing, MEP, infrastructure, and landscaping. The project also partners with a network of renowned consultants, including Belt Collins (landscape design), FQM (project supervision), NQH Architects (concept design), Nagecco (MEP), TTT (interior design), and Social Light (lighting design).

The groundbreaking on Aug. 19 marks a key step in finalizing Mizuki Park’s master plan. Over seven years of development, the township has grown into a community of more than 4,000 families, supported by extensive amenities such as a central park, Japanese island, riverside plaza and marina, event park, supermarket, F&B outlets, and pharmacies.

Speaking at the ceremony, Uchida Yusuke, Deputy General Director of Hankyu Hanshin Properties Vietnam, said Mizuki Park represents a pioneering milestone in the Nam Long–Hankyu Hanshin Properties–Nishi Nippon Railroad partnership. “Building on this foundation, we believe Trellia Cove will become a distinctive product that meets the growing lifestyle demands of modern residents, while furthering our joint venture’s mission of delivering high-quality, comfortable living spaces to Vietnamese customers.”

A representative of Newtecons added that the company is honored to undertake construction of Trellia Cove. “Newtecons is committed to delivering the project to the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeline, ensuring a premium and sustainable living environment for future residents,” the spokesperson said.

With its gated compound model, rare dual waterfront location, and completed infrastructure, Trellia Cove is expected to enhance the overall value of Mizuki Park while offering buyers an opportunity to own inner-city property within an established, highly livable township.

To support homebuyers, Nam Long has introduced the “Easy Pay” program in collaboration with leading banks including Vietcombank, VietinBank, BIDV, ACB, OCB, and Hong Leong Bank.

The program offers loan terms of up to 40 years, grace periods for principal and interest of up to 36 months, fixed interest rates for up to five years, and flexible repayment options, including principal repayment starting from 1% of the loan annually.
