Mix Vegetable Soup: This soup prepared from spinach, peppermint, beet, gourd, tomato, amla and ginger is rich in iron, phosphorus, and vitamin-B, C, and D. It is beneficial for jaundice, liver problems, constipation, hunger and eyes. However, it should not be taken in case of dermatitis and body swelling. Hypertension patients should not use salt while making it.
Gourd Soup: Gourd contains carbohydrates, iron, vitamin-B and minerals. Due to this light, it is beneficial in stomach heaviness, loss of appetite or liver problems. It is also a biliary and blood -enhancer, so people of all ages can take it.
Pind-Achala Soup: This soup made of body dates and gooseberry is rich in iron, minerals and vitamin-C and D. It helps to relieve physical weakness, heart disease and weakness of the eyes. It should not be taken in case of diarrhea or indigestion.
The right way to consume soup: Soup should always be taken before meals. If you are taking it in the morning, drink after breakfast. Drinking empty stomach soup can be harmful to health. Milk or tea should not be drunk one hour before or after taking it, as it can cause stomach acidity.
Noted things: Always drink soup by making it fresh. Do not drink old soup more than a day, because there is a risk of bacteria being produced. Always consume hot soup and do not use butter, ghee, oil or other lubricating substances while making it, as it can increase obesity.
