Coconut modak
To make it, heat ghee in a pan. Add grated dry coconut to it and mix it. Fry coconut until moisture remains. Add 3/4 cup jaggery, 1 tbsp of cardamom powder and some chopped cashews. Mix it well and cook it till the jaggery melts. Now keep the water in a pan for boiling and add 1 teaspoon of ghee, some salt and cardamom powder to it. Add 1 cup of rice flour and keep stirring it. Keep in mind that there are no kernels in it. Then take it off the flame and knead the dough till it becomes smooth. Now take a mod to make modak and add flour to it, then fill the coconut in it. Now steam it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Coconut laddus
To make coconut laddus, first of all take dry coconut and grate it. Now put ghee in a pan and heat it. Add finely chopped almonds, cashews and raisins to it. Add sesame and chironji to it and mix it on low flame. Now take it out in a separate plate. First of all, add ghee in a pan and after heating it lightly, add grated coconut and fry it. Now mix milk, sugar and a little cardamom powder in this paste. Ever since you start drying, add fryed dry fruits to it. Now knead this paste round and shape the laddus.
Cashew barfi
You can make cashew barfi at home. For this, first of all, soak cashews in water for some time. After this, grind it and prepare a soft paste by mixing milk. Now add this cashew paste, sugar or bad in a pan and mix both well. Cook it on low flame. Turn off the gas after a light golden color. Now put ghee in a plate and put this paste up and keep it to cool. After that cut into the shape of barfi.
