Coolie Box Office Collection Day 7 According to movie trade website Sacnilk the film earned Rs 220 crore on its seventh day at the box office. Coolie’s earnings began to decline starting from the first Monday after enjoying a strong run during the long Independence Day weekend. Despite the dip Coolie remains the highest-grossing Tamil film of 2025 so far. According to a report by Sacnilk War 2 earned Rs 3.49 crore across all languages on its seventh day - marking its lowest box office collection to date. As of August 20 the film has earned approximately Rs 196.99 crore. Coolie stars Rajinikanth in the lead role with Nagarjuna playing the main villain Simon. Speaking about the film’s success Nagarjuna said that breaking records was inevitable and described Coolie as a “celebration of heritage and reinvention.” Aamir Khan appears in a surprise role while the film also features Shruti Haasan Upendra and Soubin Shahir. This clearly indicates that Coolie is a definite hit while War 2 may not be a flop but it certainly lags behind Rajinikanth’s film in terms of performance.
