According to sources, this attack may be part of a well -planned conspiracy. The accused had reached Delhi from Rajkot and had a phone conversation before the attack. The CCTV footage has deepened the doubt that the accused had made complete preparations at least 24 hours before the incident.

The rule opened with the attacker’s phone call

Police and IB investigation has revealed that the accused reached Delhi and spoke to a friend in Gujarat on the phone. During the conversation, he had said that he has reached the CM House in Shalimar Bagh. This indicates that someone else might have guided him.

Preparation for remand of accused

According to Delhi Police sources, the accused Sakariya will be sought for 5 to 7 days remand. For the first time, the phone call and movement of the accused who came to Delhi is being closely investigated. The police suspect that there is no major network behind it. The Chief Minister’s Office has described this attack as a planned conspiracy to kill Rekha Gupta. At the same time, DCP (North) Raja Banthia said that a case has been registered against the accused in Section 109 (1) attempt to murder.

Preparation for starting 24 hours in advance

According to sources, the attacker started preparations for the attack a day before. In the CCTV footage found from CM House in Shalimar Bagh, the accused has been seen walking around the residence and doing Reiki. In the video footage, the accused was not only seen recording the views of the housing, but also seen talking on the phone. The police have seized these footage and after submitting a detailed report to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the security system of the CM can be reviewed.
