Carom seeds is a common spice of Indian kitchen, which not only enhances taste but also improves digestive power. According to Ayurveda, celery contains an element called thiamol which removes problems such as gas, indigestion and constipation which are the main causes of hemorrhoids.
How to consume celery?
It is very important to consume celery properly to protect and relieve hemorrhoids. Adopting the method given below not only strengthens the digestive system, but also eliminates the possibility of hemorrhoids.
1. Roasted Celery + Black Salt
Fry a spoonful of celery on low flame. Add half a teaspoon of rock salt or black salt to it. After meals, consume it with lukewarm water. This mixture improves digestion and relieves constipation.
2. Celery powder and jaggery
Grind one spoon of celery and make powder. Eat a spoonful of celery powder by mixing a little jaggery every morning in the morning. After this, drink hot water. This recipe is also considered beneficial in old to chronic hemorrhoids.
3. decoction of celery
Boil a spoonful of celery in a glass of water. When the water remains half, drink and drink lukewarm. It helps in keeping the stomach clean and makes the bowel movement comfortable.
