This scheme will start from 26 August 2025 and its booking will also start from the same day. The special thing is that this scheme is especially for ready-to-move flats built in good and posh areas of Delhi, that is, after buying a flat, you will not have to wait for the construction to be completed, you can shift directly. Where will you get flats?

Under the DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025, DDA has built flats in many of the best areas of Delhi, such as Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Dwarka, Rohini, Pitampura, Shalimar Bagh, Ashok Vihar, Nand Nagari and Jahangirpuri. 250 flats will be available at these places, and along with this, garage facility for car or scooter will also be provided with every flat. DDA has built three types of flats so that people of every income group can participate in it.

How to register and book?

To participate in this scheme of DDA, you have to register online. For this, go to DDA's website https://eservices.dda.org.in. After this, a non-refundable fee of Rs 2500 will have to be deposited at the time of registration. After registration, the allotment of flats will be done on first come, first served basis. As soon as you make a booking, you will get 15 minutes to make the payment. In these 15 minutes, that flat will not be given to anyone else. So make sure that you already have full money in your bank account. At the same time, within 24 hours of booking, you will be issued a demand cum allotment letter. DDA has given information about this scheme on its social media platform X.

How much will the price be? Know from cheap to expensive range

DDA has fixed the price of flats according to their size and category. In which first of all HIG flats, these flats have been made for people with high income. Their price will be around 1.64 crores to 2.54 crores. These flats will be in bigger size and better location. Apart from this, the second MIG flat, these flats are for normal i.e. middle income buyers. Their price will be from 60 lakhs to 1.5 crores. Also, they have been designed keeping in mind both budget and convenience. At the end there are LIG flats. These flats are for low income families. Their price has been kept between 39 lakhs to 54 lakhs. Despite being small in size, these flats are ready-to-move and good. If the price of these flats is compared with areas like Gurgaon and Noida, then these DDA flats are quite cheap. The price of similar flats in Noida or Gurugram can be 2 crores or more.
