At the same time, it has been further said that as far as bilateral game is concerned in each other’s country, India’s team will not participate in competitions in Pakistan nor will Pakistan’s team be allowed to come to India, but will not be stopped from playing in multinational tournaments. India-Pakistan will play in multinational tournament
A source in the Sports Ministry said that we will not stop Team India from playing in the Asia Cup, as it is in a multinational tournament. Although we will not allow Pakistan to come to India in any bilateral tournaments, we will not stop them from participating in the multinational tournament, as we will follow the Olympic charter.
India-Pakistan clash in Asia Cup on September 14
The Asia Cup 2025 starts from 9 September. While its final match will be played on 28 September. This time the Asia Cup will be played in T20 format, which will be hosted by UAE. At the same time, India will play its first match against Oman in the Asia Cup on 10 September. After this, India Pakistan will clash on 14 September.
